Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Though we ensure Quality Check before we dispatch our products to our customers, we only replace items if they have manufacturing defect or lost in transit. The defect will be assessed by Aalayaa Jewellery before the same is accepted. There will be no refund or credit but the replacement of the product will be shipped to customer.

Goods once sold can ONLY be exchanged in the following condition:

• If there is any major manufacturing defect in the item and to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• If the item is damaged in transit and is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:

• In case of exchange of a defective product, the customer will be provided with a replacement of the same item within 15 working days.
• In case we are unable to do so, Customer will be provided with a credit voucher of the same amount as that of the product received defective, which has to be utilized by the customer within 30 days from the date of receiving the credit voucher.
• In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, you should drop us an email at support@aalayaa.com with the details of the product you want to get replaced along with detailed pictures and videos highlighting the said defects within 24 hours.
• Unbox video must be taken while opening the package. [without any pause, break or editing the video]
• The Aalayaa Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
• Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached along with the box and package received with the product. Any used product will not be replaced.
• There is no return/exchange for an item purchased during sale or at a discounted price.
• Not all products are eligible for returns, Such as Idols and Frames etc.

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:

1. Packages lost in transit.
2. In case Aalayaa Jewellery discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

NO REFUNDS/CREDIT VOUCHER WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
4. Package refused by recipient.
5. Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
7. Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

Note:

All Photos and Videos Uploaded on the website are actual pictures of the products. However due to light, screen reflection etc. there may be minor differences in color, shade, shine etc. Also note that we use all semi-precious stones in our jewelry and hence they have natural inclusions in them and they differ piece to piece. Likewise the natural fresh water pearls may have natural differences and inclusions in them which only enhances the beauty.
